I have a pair of Koss PortaPro headphones. They are style-ear and have typical black ear foam pads that do not block noise well. I love the way they sound, but just wanted to to know how to make them block noise better. How can I make them block noise better?

Maybe not a solution you are looking for, but the best way to block outside noise would be to use headphones in the ear. They sit in your ear canal and this helps to block external noise.
