Sharper Image 900MHz Digital Hybrid Wireless Headphones don't work?

I have a pair of sharper image 900MHz Digital Hybrid Wireless Headphones. I have plugged them into several different computers using the 1/8" jack, tried every combination of buttons, channels, etc... and all that comes through is an EXTREMELY faint signal. If you have on loud music and listen REALLY close you can hear the beat and that's all. I think there is something wrong with them but since I can't find any support info online, I thought I'd reach out here.

Even when you're right next to the computer? Cause if you're a few rooms away 900Mhz might not cut it.

I'd return them if you can. Maybe try a new pair because I'm sure they wouldn't sell a product that doesn't work at all. You probably just got unlucky with a broken pair. Otherwise get your money back a try a different product.
